We want to explain to you what information we collect and how we use this information.
When you register for an account we store the firstname, lastname and the mobile number which you use for the registration.
The firstname and lastname are stored in our database in plain text but your mobile number is stored with a 256-bits encryption.
We use the firstname and lastname to display in conversation with authorized contacts.
We use your mobile number to send you a six digit verification to login to the app.
We DON'T collect anything else as described above.
The collected information is NOT shared with any other party.
The conversations are all end-to-end encrypted and the messages can only be read by the participants of a conversation.
When you post a photo or video in a conversation these are also end-to-end encrypted and only be read by the participants of a conversation.
This is because we want to protect your privacy and therefore we DON'T allow taking screenshots of conversations.
Since it is not possible to prevent taking a screenshot, we are still able to detect when it happens. The first time a user takes a screenshot he will see a warning screen. The second time he takes a screenshot his account will be blocked and he will no longer be able to use the app.
